You will have the option to pay 50% or 100% investment cost.

Completion of purchase is your agreement to this project.

Research and design process will begin.

Services provided by The Key Design shall be for the exclusive use of the client other than for the for TKD promotional use. The client is entitled to full ownership of all final artwork created after full payment.
The client will make a 50% payment before work is started. Each design project have an allotted turn-around time. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is payable to TKD upon completion-before final artwork is supplied to the client.

If after 30 days the remaining balance has not been received the project will be canceled.
A $75 "restart fee" + remaining balance is required to regain project service and file assets. 

If after project commencement client want to cancel service, no payments will be refunded. 

The Key Design have the right to photograph all completed designs and shall have the right to use such photographs for publication or other promotional purposes.
The client shall inform TKD via email before the project commences if any material or information provided by the client is confidential.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Key Design from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, but only to the extent caused by, arising out of, the work supplied by The Key Design.

By continuing with service, client agrees to the Terms and conditions. Acceptance will result in full payment or deposit made by client to begin service.
